General Administration Department
● The General Administration Department is responsible for creating rules, regulations, and policy guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
● The Department is overseen by the Board of Governors.
● The Board of Directors is responsible for various tasks and achieving goals through established policies.
● Both governing bodies must conduct their procedures democratically and in accordance with business standards.
GCLT Talent Hunt Program
● The GCLT Talent Hunt Program (GCLT THP) aims to encourage financially disadvantaged Madrasa students to apply for higher studies.
● The program is based on merit and financial need.
● The program’s main goal is to provide access to higher education to the students who are unable to do so due to financial limitations
Research and Development
● The Research and Development Department identifies gaps in current policies and proposes solutions to address core intellectual, topical and epistemological issues.
● The aim is to provide value and appropriate responses to current issues through stimulating wider discourse through the production of research papers and books.
● The department’s methodology and significance is relevant to current time and space.
Capacity Building Initiatives
● The main objective of GCLT’s Capacity Building Initiatives is to organize a wide range of activities to enhance the skills of academics and researchers.
● Activities include enrichment courses, training workshops, seminars, and career development programs.
● The aim of these initiatives is to build the capacity of academics and researchers to conduct and disseminate data-driven recommendations to Muslim societies.
