Introduction
The Global Centre for Learning and Training (GCLT) is an independent academic and research institution dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary scholarship, intellectual engagement, and professional development. Guided by the integration of traditional intellectual heritage and contemporary thought, the Centre promotes research, academic exchange, training initiatives, and collaborative engagement across the fields of law, society, governance, ethics, religion, technology, public policy, and emerging global challenges at national and international levels.
